Arclight Defense Group was established in 2019 by a cadre of former special operations officers and intelligence professionals who identified a critical gap in the private security market: the absence of a legally incorporated, fully accountable PMC operating transparently within international regulatory frameworks.

Incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Liberia and maintaining operational licences in seven African jurisdictions, Arclight is one of a select number of private military companies operating in full compliance with the Montreux Document, the ICoC, and all applicable host-nation legislation.

Our workforce of 850+ personnel draws from Tier 1 special operations communities, military intelligence services, and national defence forces spanning 28 nationalities. Every operator completes a minimum 12-week induction programme and holds valid government-issued security clearances from their country of origin.

Incident Reporting & Transparency

Reports are filed with the ICoCA and relevant national authorities within 72 hours. Whistleblower disclosures may be submitted confidentially to integrity@arclightdefense.com or via our anonymous reporting portal.
